We collaborate with many of the local allied health professionals including Osteopaths, Doctors, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. Enjoy individual attention (no more than four in a group) from our highly qualified instructors all trained through the Australian Pilates Method Association, Polestar Pilates Australia or Stott Pilates. Our accredited studio is peaceful and bright with a relaxed atmosphere.
