Herbal Ball Massage is known to provide deep relaxation whilst relieving stress and fatigue and improving health. The therapy relies on the use of hot compresses or poultices filled with a selection of herbs and spices. These compresses, generally wet and then steamed, are gently applied to specific points of the body releasing their healing benefits into the pores of the skin for 30 mins. They can be combined with the use of hands to focus the massage on knots and then full body massage for 30 minutes.
